Megan Neubauer served as our guest speaker at our Winter Farm to Table Symposium held on February 20th, 2024. The Grand Ballroom at Rick’s Chophouse was filled with farmers, ranchers, farming advocates, and supporters of Megan, eager to champion her during her recent book launch, "Pick-Your-Own Farming."

Operating a small farm named Pure Land Farm in McKinney alongside her father, she illustrated how their venture into agritourism has positively impacted the local community, environment, and income.
