FARFA Fundraising Event

The Seed Project Foundation held a fundraising event in support of the Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance (FARFA). All the proceeds raised at this event went to FARFA’s mission to promote common-sense policies in support of independent small-scale farmers while protecting healthy, diversified, and sustainable local food systems.

Profound Foods and Fest Events helped the Seed Project bring this event together at the beautiful landscaping of Gray Branch Ranch in McKinney. We had Still Austin Whiskey Co. kick off the evening with craft cocktails in the field. We spent the evening sharing how important it is to support local farmers, listening to policies in our local communities and statewide, and sharing great food!

Our guests enjoyed locally sourced culinary dishes “family style” crafted by five of DFWs most treasured and talented chefs-

• Matt McCallister, previously FT33 and Homewood
• Robert Lyford, previously Patina Green Home and Market
• Andrea Shackelford, Harvest at the Masonic
• RJ Yoakum, Georgie
• Toby Archibald, Quarter Acre

With the help of the guests that attended, we were able to raise over $40,000 for FARFA. With this money from our community, we are able to grow the voice of farmers across the state of Texas.

Thank you for your continued support!
